This 100% online coaching program was designed and developed as our Baseline wellness/ fitness program.
It focuses on improving the overall health of all of our clients, regardless of your age or current health condition.
Enrolling and completing this 3 Step, 7 Module program will vastly improve your health and improve your understanding of how your unique set of needs and capabilities can be optimized to design a blueprint and a lifestyle that will serve you a lifetime.

Because I can only take on a few 1 on 1 clients at a time to provide the focus and personalized attention to each student and fitness client. I created an "On-Line" complete at your own pace Course, so that you don't have to wait and can begin your journey and start re-building a better healthier YOU today.
This program was designed around the “learn first” ideology.
In my fitness career I have found that you have a much better chance for success if you understand the “why” and “How” before you get to the “Do”.
We will learn together what to do, and then how to do it, and together we will succeed at improving your state of wellness.

Step by Step
This 3-step, 7 Module on-line coaching program will lead you step by step through the 4 base cornerstone lessons or modules developing healthier relationships with fitness, nutrition, managing stress, and staying motivated.
The additional 2 modules of this proven coaching program ads additional insight into determining where YOU need to start your Journey, and HOW you can maintain focus and motivation as you move forward.
The last module provides many options at your disposal on how to implement what you have learned and support you throughout your life. You will understand that living a healthy lifestyle can be WHO you are, not just WHAT you do.

The course will help you explore how your past successes and failures have guided you through your life. Only then you can design your best plan, your best blueprint for setting you down the path to better health and achieving your core goals and all of the dreams you’ve yet to reach.
The Program is focused around 7 Modules with workbook lessons that are structured with laser like purpose. Each lesson identifies one of the cornerstones of a healthy and fulfilling life. Each lesson lists its main goal and explores content that supports the results you’re looking to develop or the pitfalls you’re looking to avoid.
When you make the connections to and find the necessary relevant emotional ties to each lesson, you will enhance and accelerate your results.
Students will be directed to locating the necessary support they need including fitness and dietary habits. That means your fitness plan should be constructed for your current exercise capabilities, and you will broaden your understanding on how to develop an eating plan that works with you not against you.
When the course is completed, you will have the necessary knowledge and tools for success.
